This study attempted to identify the factors affecting on the effective
management of social welfare organizations. For this, the study employed the
notion of organization justice which consists of two factors such as distributive
justice, procedural justice. The data this article made use of was collected by
random sampling of 250 social workers working in the social welfare institutions
in Chungnam Province between 19th March and 10th April, 2012, and was analysed
by such statistic techniques as frequence analysis, descriptive statistic, t-verification,
F-verification, and multi regression. The research findings are as follows: whereas
the distributive justice are affected by the factors age and education level, the
procedural justice are influenced by those of education level, religion, and working
record as a social worker. Finally, the study suggest that in order to secure the
organization justice, a social welfare organization needs to arrange an appropriate
system of paying, off-duty, make more effective the communication structure in it,
and establish a fair system of finance and personal management.
