The research is the case study of the Sandtray therapy for decreasing the
multi-cultural family children’s social unrest and flinching behavior. The object of
the study is a fifth grade child and proceeded 24 times in a week, for searching a
change of Sandtray therapy preliminary inspection and post test which the child
executed. Screening tools for this study are social unrest and flinching behavior
yardsticks, and then progress of score course is shown the difference between
before and after the Sandtray therapy. The result of the Sandtray therapy find
that the social unrest and flinching behavior yardsticks’s scores are gradually
reduced. As the session progresses, in early peer relationship such as atrophy and
non-reactive behavior for negative behavioral response naturally express the
internal conflicts and desire, while expressing a desire to them, positive behavioral
is shown between oneself, family and peer relationship.
