Educational analysis, personal therapy for counselors, has been considered as a important factor of personal and professional development for counselors. Even though it plays a key role in counselor's training, we can't find related systematic researches in south Korea until now. The purpose of the present study was to develop counselor's educational analysis outcome scale and to find evidence for validation. For that, 232 counselors who had experienced educational analysis participated in this study. Based on the preliminary study, 19 items representing four factors were retained to construct the final counselor's educational analysis outcome scale after considering each items's contents and quality. Conformatory factor analysis result provided an evidence of construct validity of the scale. Correlation among counselor's educational analysis outcome scale, counselor's development level, self-efficacy, countertransference behavior, counselor's empathy provided additional evidence of the construct validity of counselor's educational analysis outcome scale. Discussions followed to suggest meaning and limitation of counselor's educational analysis outcome scale.
