This study examines the problem of the symbolical interpretation of the consciousness of the Republic of Syngman Rhee. And it also has a goal to understand the importance and necessity of the consciousness of the Republic of the first President of the Republic of Korea, which is the first experience in the history of the nation of Korea. Through this analysis be expanded new positive interpretation in place of the existing universal negative assessment about him. Now many believe that some of his political failures, for a typical example, '3`15 election fraud', were forced to rebuild the country after the Korean War, since those times was the exclusive territorial situation for the Republic of Korea. Of course, this does not perfect analysis about consciousness of the Republic of the President Rhee, rather it is inclined to reflect conservative views of korean society. However, build democratic institutions and successful economical reform, which is based of a market economic system, are very important to the success washed away "industrialization" and "democracy" in the history of the Republic of Korea. In addition, he managed international politics, particularly with the U. S. A, perform a huge national interest in realization of freedom and equality in Korean society, which was a lot of discrimination under the influence of Confucianism in a long time. Therefore, understanding consciousness of the Republic of president Syngman Rhee allows us aggrandize "national identity", which is of great importance for the development of any country. At this point, researches on the consciousness of the Republic of President Syngman Rhee is an important issue.
