본 연구는 장기입원 장애 영ㆍ유아 어머니의 치료지원에 대한 전반적인 요구를 파악하고 효율적인 지원방안을 알아보는데 목 적이 있다. 이를 위하여 서울과 경기도에 소재한 병원 중 소아병동이 있고 치료지원을 실시하고 있는 13곳의 병원에 입원하여 치 료지원을 이용하고 있는 자녀를 둔 어머니 211명을 대상으로 설문(빈도분석)을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 치료지원에 대한 요구조사 결과 치료지원 형태는 1:1 개별지도와 소그룹지도로 주 5회 이상, 1회당 40분이 가장 높 게 나타났으며, 치료지원의 적절한 비용으로는 회당 오천백원 부터 일만원이 가장 높게 나타났다. 치료지원 전문가의 자격 수준에 있어서는 국가자격제도를 통한 전문성 강화에 대한 요구를 보였으며, 전문가의 인성을 가장 중요시 하는 것으로 나타났다. 장기입 원 장애 영ㆍ유아의 병원 내 치료지원의 개선을 위해 보완되어야 할 개선점에 대해 조사한 결과, 장기적인 치료를 위한 입원기간 의 연장 및 탄력적 입원기간의 운영에 대한 요구가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 의료비 지원 확대, 대기기간 없이 기존의 담당 치료사 에게 바로 연계, 입원기간 동안 치료지원 영역에 대한 의료보험의 적용, 치료지원 금액 동일화, 병실 육아서비스 확대가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to identify the overall needs of long-stay patient mother‘s of young children with disabilities for treatment support and effective supporting system. The mothers' needs were explored(frequency analysis) in 211 mothers of young children with disabilities receiving therapeutic supporting program in 13 hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi province which have children's ward and therapeutic support. The results of the this study are summarized as below. according to the result of the survey about the needs of the therapeutic services, the most answered way of the services was 1:1 personal guidance and small group meeting with professional 5 times or more per week, 40 minutes per session, and 5,100~10,000 won per one time. In terms of the qualification of professionals, strengthening the licensure through national licensing control was considered critical. The most important factor was personality of professionals. With regard to improvement of therapeutic services, flexibility of the duration of hospitalization was requested most in order for long-term treatment. In addition, the following was also asked: support for medical coverage, direct connection with the previous therapist without waiting period, medical insurance over the treatment services during hospitalization, identification of the cost of treatment support and expansion of the child care services.
