본 연구는 대학생들이 지각하는 진로태도성숙척도를 조사하고 심리측정학적 특성을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. K와 W 대학교 학생들을 대상으로 이기학 (1997)이 개발하고, 이태정 (2003)이 선행논문을 토대로 구성한 척도를 사용하였다. 수거된 자료 중 394 명의 자료를 IBM SPSS STATISTICS 21 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석을 실시하였고, 심리측정학적 특성은 문항반 응이론을 적용하기 위하여 WINSTEPS 3.74 (Linacre, 2012)을 사용하여 피험자 신뢰도, 문항신뢰도, 척도수의 적절성, 문항적합도 와 문항난이도, 척도자체의 난이도에 따른 적절성을 산출하였다. 첫째, 진로태도성숙 척도의 피험자 신뢰도와 척도자체의 신뢰도 는 내-외적합도 .99∼1.00 으로 적합하였다. 둘째, 척도 범주수의 적절성에서는 단계지수로 판단한 결과 5점 척도가 적합하였다. 셋 째, 문항적합도와 문항난이도분석에서는 총 3개 문항에서 문제점이 발견되었다. 넷째, 척도의 적절성에서는 대학교 학생들의 능력 분포와 척도자체의 난이도면에서 판단할 때 진로태도성숙 척도는 타당하지 못한 것으로 확인되었다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the career attitude maturity questionnaire’s psychometric properties in undergraduate students. To accomplish study purpose, complete enumeration survey and statistical analysis were conducted for 394 students enrolled K and W university. A research tool used in this study was an adapted the career attitude maturity scale for Koreans developed by Taejeung Lee (2003), which was originally from Kihak Lee (1997). Total 47 questions were used with 5 point Likert scale and high point stands for higher the career attitude maturity. Frequency analysis was conducted with IBM STATISTICS SPSS 21.0. and WINSTEPS 3.74 (Linacre, 2012) was used for calculating item goodness-of-fit and subject reliability, scale propriety, item goodness-of-fit and item level of difficulty, and level of difficulty were calculated. Statistical analysis showed results as follows. First, it was reported to be suitable for subject reliability in the career attitude maturity as 1.00~1.00 and the career attitude maturity’s item reliability as .99~1.00. Second, 5 scale was suitable for scale propriety resulting from stage index judgment. Third, 3 questions showed problems in item goodness-of-fit and item level of difficulty. Finally, scale propriety was reported to be inappropriate for considering undergraduate students' ability distribution and scale level of difficulty.
