본 연구의 목적은 정서․행동문제 선별을 위한 인물화검사(DAP:SPED)가 한국 아동의 정서․행동문제를 선별하는데 있어 타당한지를 알아보고자 하는 것으로, DAP:SPED의 신 뢰도, 타당도, 정서․행동문제 선별의 정확도를 검증하였다. 본 조사에서는 736명의 아동을 비비율유층표집하여 최종 선정된 채점기준 36문항의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 신뢰 도는 문항내적일치도, 채점자내 신뢰도, 채점자간 신뢰도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 검증하였 고, 타당도는 구인타당도와 K-CBCL 및 K-YSR을 준거로 한 공인타당도를 검증하였다. 또한, DAP:SPED가 일반군과 임상군, 일반군과 잠재적 임상군을 판별할 수 있는지를 확인 하기 위해 판별 및 분류분석을 검증하였다. 본 조사의 결론을 요약하면 DAP:SPED의 신뢰 도와 타당도 검증결과 비교적 안정된 결과를 보였고, DAP:SPED 선별의 정확도 검증결과 DAP:SPED 점수에 따라 일반군과 임상군 집단의 예측 정확도는 65.2%, 일반군과 잠재적 임상군 집단의 예측 정확도는 70.5%로 안정된 정확도를 나타냈다. 따라서, DAP:SPED는 임상장면에서 잠재적 정서․행동문제를 지닌 아동 및 청소년을 선별하기 위해 유용하게 사용할 수 있으며, 진단용이 아닌 선별용으로 사용하는 것이 보다 적절하다고 볼 수 있다.
The purpose of this study was to figure out validity of the DAP:SPED of the USA to be adapted into Korean for the purpose of screening emotional and behavioral problems in Korean children. At the main survey, 735 children were under non-proportionate stratifies sampling to verify reliability and validity of 36 items. As to reliability, internal consistence between items, reliability of inter-raters, reliability of intra-raters, and reliability of test and re-test were carried out, and as to validity, concurrent validity was calculated based on construct validity, the K-CBCL and K-YSR. Moreover, it was followed by the step where discriminant/classification analysis was carried out to figure out if the DAP:SPED could identify normal control group and group with emotional-behavioral problems, and normal control group and potential group with emotional-behavioral problems respectively. The results showed there are stable reliability and validity of the DAP:SPED. As to the measurement of accuracy of the DAP:SPED, the estimated accuracy between normal control group and group with emotional-behavioral problems was 65.2%, while that between normal control group and potential group with emotional-behavioral problems was 70.5% which demonstrated a stable accuracy. Accordingly, the DAP:SPED can be effectively used to screening potential children and youth with emotional-behavioral problems in a clinical setting and it is more suitable to use for screening than for diagnosis.
