The purpose of this study is global competence and global citizenship in an era of globalization that requires citizens to youth about the concept, configuration factors, youth global citizenship status, the case study in foreign countries, 5th Youth Policy in the basic plan. Through the youth activities policies and comparative analysis policy, youth of the future citizens of the global era need to know what the proposed research.
