The purpose of this study is analyze see how child care teacher communicate with the
parents and try to investigate this is related to with child care teachers' efficacy
formation.
For this purpose, the data is collected from 191 people teachers who are in the
process of working in Seoul · Kyonggi area daycare facilities and Pearson's partial
correlation and regression analysis is executed.
Result of the research shows the attitude of child care teacher and parents affected in
self-efficacy, in communication attitude rearing/development of young children and family
information about discussion , subordinate element in recognition of communication value
has an influence in teachers' self-efficacy.
