본 연구는 양육지원프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초연구로서, 일상적 양육 시 양육자가 어려 움을 느끼는 영아의 행동은 구체적으로 무엇인지 조사하는 것에 목적을 둔다. 연구를 위해 서 울, 경기지역의 영아를 양육하고 있는 108명의 부모를 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 1)수 면지도 시 양육자가 가장 어려움을 느끼는 영아의 행동은 ‘젖병, 모유, 손가락 등을 빨아야 잠이 든다’와 ‘늦은 시간에 잠자리에 든다’였다. 2)이유(젖(병)떼기) 시 양육자가 가장 어려움을 느끼는 영아의 행동은 ‘계속해서 모유 혹은 젖병을 요구한다’였다. 3)수유 및 식생활 지도 시 양육자 가 가장 어려움을 느끼는 영아의 행동은 ‘혼자 하기 힘든 것인데도 혼자 하겠다고 고집을 피운 다’였다. 4)배변 훈련 시 양육자가 가장 어려움을 느끼는 영아의 행동은 ‘대소변을 한 후에 했다 고 이야기한다’였다 5) 부적절한 사회⋅정서적 행동 지도 시 양육자가 가장 어려움을 느끼는 영 아의 행동은 ‘부적절한 행동을 하고 좋아하는 것’과 ‘다른 사람에게 부적절한 행동을 하는 것’이 였다. 본 연구의 결과는 영아의 행동을 이해하고 적절한 양육방법을 습득하도록 돕는 양육지원 부 모교육프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the infant & toddler's action caused the caregivers' difficulty when they guide the behavior of sleeping, the eating habit, the weaning, the toilet learning and the negative social -emotional behaviors for infants and toddlers. For this purpose, this study conducted the questionnaire survey. 180 copies were sent out to parents, 108 copies recollected that were answered questions given exactly. SPSS WIN program has been taken over for analysis of the data, the frequency was applied for interpretation. The results of this study were as following First, the infant & toddler's action caused the caregivers' difficulty is sucking the breast or the bottle when they guide for the sleeping habit. Second, the infant & toddler's action caused the caregivers' difficulty is requiring the breast or the bottle continually when they guide for weaning. Third, the infant & toddler's action caused the caregivers' difficulty is having her(or his) own way when they guide for eating habits. Forth, the infant & toddler's action caused the caregivers' difficulty is requiting helping after evacuation at her(or his) clothes when they guide for toilet learning. Fifth, the infant & toddler's action caused the caregivers' difficulty is being glad to misbehave to the other person when they guide for guide the negative social-emotional behaviors.
