본 연구의 목적은 보육실습을 전 ・후로 하여 예비보육교사들의 보육교사의 직무에 대 한 인식을 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서 사용한 연구방법은 질문지 조사 방법으로 유치원 교사 직무분석(김은영, 박은혜, 2006) 질문지를 본 연구에 맞게 수정하여 제주 지역 H 전문대학 유아교육과에 재학 중이면서 보육기관에서 보육실습을 실시한 예 비보육교사 61명에게 사용하였다. 분석결과 예비보육교사들의 보육교사의 직무에 대한 인 식은 교수학습실제 영역을 제외하고 중요성과 관련하여 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 보 육교사의 직무 중 행사 관련 업무 영역에 있어서는 중요도 인식이 통계적으로 유의미하게 점수가 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 보육교사 직무 영역의 세부 항목들에 대한 인식에서도 보육실습을 전・후로 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to know student teachers' in child care centers perception on career for teachers in child care centers focused on changes before and After student teaching experiences in child care centers. A questionnaire based in 190 duties within 10 categories was distributed to 61 H college's students who experienced in child care centers. The survey results show that student teachers in child care centers valued all kinds of career for teachers in child care centers except for the practice of teaching tasks lower than before. Especially event-related tasks was valued on lower statistically significant. In addition to, sub-detail items related career for teachers in child care centers were valued lower than before too.
