본 연구는 지역보건 의료기관 이용자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인가에 대한 연구로써 연구의 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 지역의 의료시설이용자들은 의료비, 접근성이 만족도에 영향을 미친다고 답했다. 또한 지역주민응대 서비스, 이용지원서비스, 사업품질 등도 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 지역보건 의료서비스가 이용자들의 편의를 위해 노력하고, 지역주민 중심의 사업들을 운영하여야 할 것이며, 지역보건의료기관의 사업운영의 만족도를 높이기 위한 다양한 방안을 모색할 필요가 있음을 나타냈다. 그러므로 지역의 보건의료기관은 노후 된 의료장비 등을 점차적으로 교체해야 할 것이며, 지역주민들의 욕구에 상응하는 각종 검사장비와 건강증진 사업을 위한 현대적 장비 등을 확보해야 할 것이다. 더불어 전문성을 가진 의료 인력을 확보하고, 이와 함께 지역주민들에게 보다 질 좋은 서비스를 제공하여 삶의 질을 높여야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to improve the local peoples’ quality of life with analyzing local peoples’medical services satisfaction degree with local health and medical center. Research on literature(books, thesis, government’s policy note etc.) and empirical study went abreast. Questionnaire survey was made with 143 persons in Paju city, Gyeonggi-do, and the result was analyzed with SPSS 18.0 for Windows. Result is as follows: Several findings are local peoples tends to use more relaitively low-priced general treatment(35.0%), vaccination(16.1%). Accessibility(38.1%) was also relatively high since the distance was short. However, reliability on local medica institutions(25.4%) and poor medical equipment(19.7%) were weak points. Issues related to equipments were short from satisfactions and services in local peoples’ needs and utilizing, quality are giving influences to quality of life. These factors is suggesting directions for improving current local health and medical services. I’d like to point out that local health and medical services should prepare a variety of businesses focuced on local peoples’ needs, and try various measures to increase satisfaction degree for local peoples. Poor medical equipments should be gradually changed, more modern equipments for various testing and improving health should be secured. And also providing quality services to local peoples through securing more professional medical manpowers, quality of life should be increased.
