To do this leaders and appropriate programs for training are required. Such leaders' visions decide not only the destiny of the nations but the future of mankind. Taking such a point of view, education of the able students is not merely an educational problem of the nation, but is one of the most important issues facing our society. Many countries educate their highly able students under the title of gifted/talented education. The gifted are considered as a valuable human resource that help enhance the standard of living and promise better life for the majority of the citizens.
