본 연구는 대학생들이 졸업 후 사회조직에서 집단생활을 할 때 사회지능을 발휘하여 효과적인 인 간관계를 형성하도록 하기 위해 사회지능 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 이루어졌다. 사회 지능 관련 문헌연구를 통해 사회지능의 개념과 구성요소를 밝히고, 사회지능 향상을 위한 핵심요소로 서, 사회적 정보처리, 사회적 기술, 사회적 표현성, 사회적 민감성, 사회적 유연성 등으로 5가지를 도 출하였다. 도출된 핵심요소를 중심으로 전문사무직에 종사하는 인사?채용담당자를 대상으로 하여 학 습내용의 필요성과 중요도를 결정하기 위해 요구조사를 실시하였다. 요구조사는 일반적 배경에 대한 4문항, 사회지능에 대한 인식에 대한 5문항, 사회지능 교육 프로그램 교육방법에 대한 4문항, 사회지 능 교육 프로그램 교육내용에 대한 29문항과 개방형 1문항의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 모든 핵심요소를 반영하되 사회적 유연성에 해당하는 전략을 비중을 높게 두고, 핵심 요소룰 적용시키면 사회지능이 향상될 것이라는 가정 하에 핵심요소별 향상 전략을 제시하고 교육프로그램을 개발하였 다. 연구 목적을 달성을 위한 연구방법은 Dick & Carry 체제적 교수설계 모형의 절차에 따라 분석, 설 계, 개발, 형성평가 및 수정의 단계를 거쳐 최종 교육프로그램을 완성하게 되었다. 전 과정을 교육공 학 전문가 1인과 교육공학 박사 1인의 검토를 받으며 진행되었으며, 형성평가를 위해 일반대학생 3명 으로 대상으로 일대일 인터뷰를 실시하고 그 결과를 반영하여 최종 프로그램을 완성하였다.
The study aims at developing social intelligence educational program in which university students keep better social relationships with high social intelligence in communal living society after graduation. Needs of social intelligence educational program were assessed by staffs in charge of personnel recruitment among professional office workers and formative assessment was done by subject matter experts. One professor of educational technology and one Education Ph.D. Engineering validated the study and university students who would take part in the program took formative assessment. The contents of the program came from literature review on social intelligence. Problem solving, communicative, assertive skills and self-leadership behavioral strategies were chosen as important elements for evaluating the effectiveness of the program. This study has been developed as follows ① assess needs to identify goals-analyze corporate HR officer's Requirements ② conduct instructional analysis, ③ identify entry behaviors and characteristics, ④ write of performance objectives, ⑤ develop criterion-references test items, ⑥ develop an instructional strategy, ⑦ develop and select instructional materials, ⑧ design and conduct formative evaluation, ⑨ revise instruction, ⑩ design and conduct summative evaluation. Survey indicates that most subjects regards effective interpersonal relationship as an essential competence in social structure. social intelligence and performance are correlated positively. social intelligence and performance are significant factors for recruitment. However, there is little systematic program in which the correlation between social intelligence and performance play an important role in corporate culture. Social intelligence program should be practiced for better employment.
