본 연구는 초등사회과 수업계획 단계에서 수업을 개선하는 방법에 대하여 제안하 는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 소단원 수준의 사회과 지도안을 HAL(Holistic Analysis of Lessons)을 활용하여 분석한 후 과제를 추출하고, 그 개선 방안을 제안함으로써 수업계획 단계 에서의 반성적 매커니즘을 제시하였다. 학생의 사회인식 변용을 위해 사회과 수업 계획 단계 에서 고려해야할 수업 개선 포인트로 소단원 전체의 교수 학습 과정의 조직화, 학생 실태나 대체적 개념틀의 반영, 교사의 개념틀과 지식의 구조를 명시화 할 것 등을 제안하였다. 그러 나 본고에서 개선안으로 제안한 지도안은 수업이 개발된 지역과 다른 지역의 학생 실태 조 사 결과를 토대로 만들어진 것이기 때문에 그대로 적용하기에는 한계가 있을 것이다. 개선의 포인트를 고려하여, 수업을 실천할 학교나 학급의 실정에 맞게 재구성하여 계획할 필요가 있 을 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement measures for the class of social studies in elementary school in the phase of class planning. To this end, this study intends to propose methods that can improve the class of social studies in the pre-class phase by performing an analysis utilizing the holistic analysis of lessons (HAL) based on the case of a small-unit teaching plan for social studies produced by an elementary school teacher. Based on the results, this study will propose improvement methods on the small-unit level, which have taken into account the organization of teaching and learning procedures for the entire small unit, the reflection of the status of students or alternative conceptual frameworks, and the specification of the conceptual framework of teachers and the knowledge structure as improvement points for the class of social studies based on the analysis of a teaching plan. However, as the teaching plan proposed by this study was produced based on the results of a student survey in the region that differs from the regions in which the class was developed, the direct application of this plan will have limitations. Therefore, teachers should create their own plans by re-organizing the proposed plan according to the circumstances of their own school or class.
