본 연구는 특정 독서 분야의 교육과정을 수료하고 자격증까지 취득하는 독서관련 자격증 교육과 사서직 의 독서전문가로서의 전문성 신장과의 상관성을 알아보기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구를 위해 독서관련 자격증 교육과 관련된 자료를 조사하고, 연구를 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결과를 토대로 독서관련 자격증 교육을 활용한 독서전문가로서의 전문성 신장을 위한 방안을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between certification education on a particular area of reading, which aimed to obtaining a certificate of qualification by completing a course of study, and the professional development of librarians as reading experts. To obtain this result, reading education training and certification related material were investigated and survey was conducted. The based on these results, to suggest for the professional growth plan as a reading specialist.
