As the creativity education gains more importance in school curriculum, it becomes more
important to check out whether it evolves in the right direction in enhancing both contents
knowledge and creativity of students. While there are a number of studies to measure the
quality of teacher’s creativity education, most of them focus on measuring teaching behavior
in the classroom. However, monitoring and evaluating systematically creativity education need
an assessment of creativity education in its whole process of preparation, teaching and
evaluation. This study aims to propose a model for the assessment of creativity education
from class preparation to evaluation based on all the components of instruction(teacher,
student, curriculum, environment) and those of creativity education(divergent thinking, creative
personality, motivation, problem solving, associative thinking, content knowledge, convergent
thinking, creative outcome)
