본 연구는 지적장애인의 특성과 욕구가 반영된 ‘지적장애인의 자립생활기술의 구성요소’를 재구 조화하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 지적장애인 31명과 지적장애인 자녀를 둔 부모 13명, 지적장애 인 복지관련 실무자 14명을 세 그룹으로 나누어 브레인스토밍을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 지적장애인 의 자립생활기술 55개를 목록화 하고, 이 55개 목록을 지적장애인 16명, 지적장애인자녀를 둔 부모 5명, 장애인자립생활센터 운영진 5명에게 분류 및 평정을 하도록 하였다. 55개 목록에 대한 분류 및 평정 값을 Concept System Core(v.4.0) 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지적장애인의 자립생활기술 55개는 개인건강, 위생관리, 가사, 금전관리, 여가, 이성교 제 및 결혼, 직업, 권리 및 옹호, 사회관계 등 9개의 범주로 구분되었으며, 현재의 습득정도와 미래 의 필요정도의 평정 값의 차이를 통해 자립생활기술훈련의 필요성이 높은 기술들을 파악하였다.
The purpose of this study is to newly suggest the way of restructuring“components of independent living skills of intellectual disabilities”that reflect characteristics and desires of intellectual disabilities. Brainstorming was done based on 3 groups of 31 intellectual disabilities, 13 parents of intellectual disabilities, and 14 staffs related to intellectual disabilities. 55 skills were listed through contraction and editing. After that, 5 parents, 5 staff members, and 16 intellectual disabilities were asked to rate the present degree of acquisition and the future degree of need. Concept System Core 4.0 was used for the evaluation of the collected data. As a result, 55 skill lists were divided to totally nine categories: health, cleanliness, house working, money, leisure, date & marriage, job, rights & advocacy, and social relationship. Skills highly needed in training of intellectual disabilities for independent living could be found out through the analysis of the difference between two rating variables, the present degree of acquisition and the future degree of acquisition.
