This study is focused on the reflect of the development of educational
program in Busan Art Museum. Theoretically the most museum education in south
korea contain the Hein's theory of epistemology, the theory of learning and
teaching and the Hooper-Greenhill's theory of total approach of museum education.
But this study is based on constructivism, theory of categorial education of W.
Klafki, theory of communication of D. Baecker, and the theory of playing of J.
Balstein. The purpose of this study is to analyse the process of development of
educational program in Busan Art Museum with the view of critic. The research
method of analyse is the method of case study. The conclusion of this study is
following:
First, Our experience of program development tell us the importance of
philosophy and theory of art museum education, and it's application.
Secondly, in according to the philosophy and theory should be developed the
programm and materials.
Third, it ist important that the educational competencies required for future
art museum professionals should be reflected in the development of education
program. Especially, instructor should be obtain the long-term education program.
Finally, for the development of art museum education is the economic help
of administration needed.
