In the post-postmodern age of these days, in case the social welfare is biased toward a narrow-minded perspective on spirituality of a particular religion, it is more likely to be unable to satisfy or change a spiritual desire of social workers and clients as well. On the contrary, it may cause some serious emotional and psychological conflicts between the both parties. Accordingly, it may be very important to aware that an integral spirituality, in particular, 'modern spirituality or new spirituality', that integrate all the visions and perspectives on spirituality, may emerge fom universal humanity by getting out of the rigid and narrow-minded understanding or recognition of spirituality for a particular religion. In this context, it is suggested in the paper that a new vision of holistic-integral spirituality may be emrged as a universal and global spirituality beyond the traditional understandings or perspetives that incorporate not only those ranging from conventional/traditional religion to post-conventional/modern religion to world religion to transcendental religion, but also those covering all the perspectives of non-believer, atheist, scientismic scientist and materialist, which bring all those perspectives into the AQAL framework of Ken Wilber, one of the great leading scholars in integral theories and thoughts of these days, but even with more embracive integral thought beyond Ken Wilber's vision-logic perspective. Moreover, in the paper, the emegence of new spirituality for new humanity in the new age, which incorporates all the perspectives on spirituality out of the traditional wisdom of perennial religion with nature-mysticism, new science and quantum science, based on the principle of the Unity of Tri-units(Trinity)of Kosmos and the worlds of all sentient beings and human-being.
