In this paper, I paid attention to the problem of the cognition of learners using the photographic medium and communication. And Focused on the positive changes of visual culture education. The narrative approach as a useful tool in dealing with activities can be. The case study was conducted with the students of National University of Education. Students take advantage of the photographic medium, the narrative activities. As a result, the means of delivery is a cognition of the positive role of narrative as a tool. Specific effects are as follows. First photographic medium can be used as a tool that anyone can easily access. Second, the knowledge and information can be selected. Third, verbal communication and visual communication that combines integrated communication is possible. Fourth, learners will have the opportunity to experience the process of recreating. Fifth, a consensus can be formed. I hope that this paper makes an opportunity toward exploring diverse aspects of other cognition and communicative problems in art education for various type of learners.
