The role of campus art museums has been historically connected to its parent institution. Recent discussions in the literature have attempted to expand the role of the campus art museum to include the provision of services to the community. This paper presents the findings of a descriptive study investigating how campus art museums serve schools and essentially addresses the relationship between the campus art museum and schools. The results showed that campus art museum provide a variety of services to schools. However, resources may be important to the provision of these services to schools.
