국문초록

본 연구에서는 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 교과 교육과정에서 ‘성취기준’의 실태와 문제점을 분석 하고 외국 교육과정 문서 분석과 델파이 조사 결과에 기반하여 그에 따른 개선 방안을 마련하고자 하 였다. 연구 결과, 본 연구에서는 교과 교육과정 문서의 내부적인 측면으로 ‘성취기준’이라는 용어가 남 용되고 있으며 학습 내용 성취기준에서 ‘내용’과 ‘수행’의 기술 방식이 형식적으로 고정화되어 있는 문 제를 제기하였고, 교과 교육과정 문서의 외부적인 측면으로 평가기준으로서의 성취기준이 국가 교육과 정 문서와는 별도로 개발되고 있는 점을 지적하였다. 그리고 그 개선 방안으로 교과 교육과정 문서에 서 ‘성취기준’은 학습내용 성취기준에 국한하여 제시할 것과 교과목과 학교 급/학년군의 특성을 고려하 여 다양한 학습내용 성취기준의 기술 방식을 활용할 수 있도록 허용할 것을 제안하는 한 편, 평가기준 으로서의 성취기준도 교과 교육과정 문서에서 제시되어야 한다는 점을 제안하였다.

영문초록

The aim of this study was to analyze and find out the improvement of the achievement standards in the 2009 national curriculum. The main procedure of this study was using the method of the analysis on the content in the 2009 national curriculum, comparative research between Korea's and other nations' national curriculum, and the delphi method. The main issues of the content in the 2009 National Curriculum are found like these; First, a terminology ‘achievement standards’ as a meaning of the content was over-issued as different kinds of items in the subject curriculum. Second, Achievement standards consist of 'knowledge' and 'performance', which was adjusted as a formally fixed statement form of the content. Third, ‘Achievement standards’ for the achievement evaluation were issued apart from the subject curriculum. The results of this study suggested these improvements; First, a terminology ‘achievement standards’ has to be used only as a individual content standards in the subject curriculum. Second, the statement form of the achievement standards can be flexibly adapted according to the kind of subjects and school levels. Third, the assessment standards have to be included in the subject curriculum.
