국문초록

본 연구의 목적은 비구조화된 환경에서 자폐성장애 아동의 언어행동분석접근을 적용한 맨드와 택트의 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 핵심은 생활연령 15세, 7세 자폐성장애 아동의 음성발화의 변화를 살펴보는 것이다. 프로그램 구성은 총 4단계로 구성되었다. 중재는 일주일에 2회기씩 14회기동안 이루어졌다. 종속변인은 비구조화 된 가정에서 주 양육자가 음성발화어휘목록을 기록지에 기록하였다. 연구결과 가정에서의 음성발화빈도가 아동 모두 증가하였다. 즉 맨드와 택트 집중훈련이 가정에서 자폐성장애 아동의 음성발화에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 사료된다.

영문초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of mands and tacts training by Applications of Verbal Behavior Analysis on children with autism spectrum disorders in unstructured environment. A focus of this study is changes in the frequency of the speech utterance of two child each chronological age of 15 years, 7-year-old with autism spectrum disorders. The configuration of the program, a total of four phases. Intervention took place in the clinic is twice a week during 14 sessions. Dependent variables were the records of the main caregiver for the number of emission frequency of mands and tacts in the unstructured home. The results showed that the study subjects were increased in emission of mands and tacts. finally, mands and tacts training is positive impact on children with autism spectrum disorders.
