The purpose of this study is to identify middle-high intensity aerobic exercise on insulin resistance, immune fuction, inflammatory cytokine. The subjects were totally 20(n=10 in the normal group, n=10 in the obesity-insulin resistance group). The subjects was provided with 3 times per week of participation in 16 week periods each of which was taken 40-50min. They were assessed for the Glucose, Insulin, IgA, IgG, IgM, IL-6, TNF-α, CRP in both group. The collected data were analyzed by Two-way ANOVA with repeated measure. The result indicated that. Glucose, insulin, HOMA-IR were significantly decreased in 0-8weeks(meddle intensity exercises) and 8-16weeks(high intensity exercise). Percentage of body fat, BMI showed a significant decrease in 0-8weeks(meddle intensity exercises) and 0-16weeks(middle+high intensity exercise). IgA showed a significant increase in 0-8weeks(meddle intensity exercises), 0-16weeks(middle+high intensity exercise). IgM was significantly increased in 0-16weeks(middle+high intensity exercise) and 8-16weeks(high intensity exercise). IL-6 and TNF-a were significantly decreased in 0-8weeks(meddle intensity exercises) and 8-16weeks(high intensity exercise). CRP were decreased 0-8weeks(meddle intensity exercises), 0-16weeks(meddle+high intensity exercise).
