本稿の目的は，生徒の?力を保障する手立てとしての評?方略のあり方を提示する ことである。日本の社?科?育?究では，?授書に代表される「あるべき社?科」が提案 されることによって，より多くの生徒がよい授業を受けられるようになることが期待され てきた。しかしながら，?際には，提案された授業が，開?者以外による??として行わ れることは少ない。原因として，「よい」とされる授業のほとんどが??な要素からなる ?力の育成をねらいとしている点が?げられる。??な要素からなる?力の育成をめざす 授業では必然的にその構成が複?となる。そのため，授業の中できめ細かくその?習の支 援を行い，生徒一人ひとりのつまずきを?見し，その上での生徒の?力を保障するための ?策を練ることが必要となる。では，つまずきを?見するには，どうすればよいのか。本 稿では，授業を受けた生徒のつまずきの?見を目的とした評?方略の提案を行う。生徒の ?力を保障するための前提となるつまずきの?見は，どの段階で，どのような?評?方略 及び評?ツ?ルを通して可能なのかを論理的に明らかにする。
This study was aimed at investigating the conditions necessary for conducting a lesson on social studies. The subject in this study was one of the teaching methods used in social studies lessons for the topic “social security system”. This teaching method had the conditions necessary for giving students the opportunity to express their own opinions. The following conditions necessary for students to express their own opinion in a lesson on social studies: (1)Set up the lesson on the basis of the structure of “explanation” and “essay”. (2)Set up the lesson in such a way that ensures that the student’s broadly express their own opinions. Finally, this study was verified the applicability of the teaching method and the teaching material.
