This study is purposed on developing one session outreach counseling program for college students
major in early childhood education to experience job satisfaction when they work as infant teacher
after graduating college. The first goal of this program is to notify the importance of Emotion by
introducing ‘Emotional Intelligence’, one of the personal variables moderates job satisfaction. The
second goal of this program is to introduce them how to aware, use, and regulate one’s emotion.
Contents of this program are suggested and limitations of this study are discussed.
