이 연구는 전북지역 고교생을 대상으로 자아정체감과 진로성숙도의 상관관계를 분석하여 청소년의 자아정체감 형성과 청소년의 합리적인 진로결정을 위한 실질적인 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연 구 대상은 고교생 316명이며, 연구결과 자아정체감 수준은 남학생이 여학생보다 다소 높았고 학년별 로는 1학년에 비해 3학년의 자아정체감 수준이 높았고 집단간에 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.01). 진로발 달 수준은 여학생, 학년별로는 3학년이 높은 수준을 보였다. 자아정체감 영역(주체성, 자기수용성, 미 래 확신성, 목표지향성,... -
