본 연구의 목적은 유아교육 실습지도를 위한 실습지도교수와 실습생 간 e-멘토링에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위한 것이었다. 이를 위하여 2008년 1학기에 교육실습에 참여한 유아교육과 4학년 학생 300명과 실습지도교수 34명을 대상으로 질문지를 배부하여 회수된 질문지 중 총 303부를 자료 처리하였다. 연구 결과, 유아교육 실습지도 시 실습지도교수와 실습생 간 e-멘토링이 필요하다는 인식이 높았으며, 직접 참여하고 싶다는 의지도 높게 나타났다. 기본 관점으로는 협력적 상호 작용, 상호 신뢰와 존중이 중요하다는 인식이 높았고,...
