ABSTRACT... 노년기 우울장애, 치매 등의 정신질환은 만성적이거나 반복적으로 재발되어 일상생활 능력에 상당한 장애를 유발하며 따라서 노인 보건 및 복지 정책의 체계적인 마련이 중요한 보건정책 과제로 대두되고 있다. 치매의 경우 전체 유병률은 6.26~11.3%, 알쯔하이머형 치매 4.17~5.3%, 혈관성 치매 1.05~2.5% 로 보고 되었다. 65세 이상 노인 중 4.2~7.5%는 주요우울증을 가지고 있으며 2.0~3.9%는 기분부전증 을 가지고 있는 것으로 보고되었으며, 우울증상을 호소하는 경우는 연구 방법 및 대상에 따라서 7~ 23.5%까지 다양하였다.... -
