Quadrupole mass spectrometer를 이용한 발효 배기가스의 분석을 통해 세포의 증식을 on-line monitoring하고자 model 균주로 Candida utilis에 대해 연구하였다. Quadrupole mass spectrometer와 interface된 16-bit 개인용 컴퓨터 (IBM PC-AT)에서 산소 소비속도(OUR)와 이산화탄소 발생속도(CER)를 on-line 계산할 수 있었고 계속해서 이들 계산치로부터 세포농도와 증식속도 및 비증식속도를 계산하였다. 계산된 값들은 실험적으로 측정한 세포농도 및 비증식속도와 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. -

광릉 슈퍼사이트 내 원두부 소유역에서 지하수위변동법, 이온수지법, 수문곡선분리법 등 세가지 방법을 적용하여 지하수 함양률을 평가하고, 방법별 결과들을 비교하였다. 이를 위한 자료는 우기에 해당하는 2005년 6월부터 9월까지 취득하였다. 두 가지 다른 지하수위변동법으로는 각각 25.9%, 23.6%의 지하수 함양률이 산출되었고, 염소를 이용한 이온수지법은 평균 13.4%의 함양률이, 그리고 6개의 수문곡선과 염소 이온자료를 이용한 기저유출 분리법은 평균 14.0%의 순기저유출률이 산출되었다. 장기적으로 지하수 저장량의 변화가... -

were no significant differences except for the TA thickness during contraction. There was a significant difference in the percentage change in RF CSA among the three groups (p<0.05). Conclusions: Our results revealed loss of muscle mass in the RF, TA, and GMM in elderly and very elderly people (≥65 years old).
