만성 뇌졸중 환자는 뇌졸중 발병일로부터 6개월 정도 지난 사람들로 이들은 호흡기관이나 조음기관 의 비정상적인 움직임으로 발성수행능력에 문제를 동반하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 만성 뇌졸중 환자 를 대상으로 흡기근을 강화하는 훈련으로 발성수행능력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구에 참여한 대상은 만성 뇌졸중 환자 16명을 대상으로 흡기근 강화훈련을 받은 8명과 그렇지 않는 통제 집단 8명으로 하였으며, 이들의 연령범위는 52세에서 67세였다. 흡기근 강화훈련은 주 3회씩, 6주간 지속적으로 실 시하였으며, 각 회기마다 20분 정도... -
