Cervial aortic arch is a rare congenital anomaly in which the aortic arch is located in an outstandingly location. It is usually attributed to abnormal regression of the fourth arch with persistent of the right of left second or third primitive aortic arch. Persistent left superior vena cava is another rare congenital anomaly which results from the failure of the left common cardinal vein to become obliterated. We have experienced these rare congenital anomalies anomalies in the SAMe patient.
