The objective of this study is to classify the outcome of cyber counseling by analyzing how clients, who experienced cyber counselling, perceive the outcome of the counselling. We looked at how the clients, who experienced cyber counselling, perceive and perceptualize the outcome of cyber counseling by using concept mapping analyzing method. firstly, we extracted outcome sentences of cyber counselling which clients perceived, from in-depth interviews of 6 actual clients and the reference obtained through reviews of cyber counselling by clients from year 2011 to 2014. Then we let the clients to classify the extracted outcome sentences according to similarities themselves and drew the final outcome clause through scaling analysis and cluster analysis. The outcome of cyber counseling classified into 'perception-emotion' dimension and 'relationship-individual' dimension, and in detail shown in 5 groups as 'emotion change' 'cogitation change' 'problem solving' 'inner resource reinforcement' and 'efficacy increase through self-understanding'. lastly we proposed the significance and Suggested points for further research on such results
