In this paper, the methods of Inferential Statistics which are necessary conditions for establishing statistical relationship when inquiring causal or correlational relationship between variables, and confidence interval are reviewed. In order to inquiry the status of utilization of power, effect size, and confidence interval, articles in recent elementary education journal were reviewed and the results were compared to the previous ones. In conclusions, in almost all papers relied on significance testing as before. And power analysis, confidence interval, effect size were seldom used and therefor it is necessary to improvement in their utilization.
