본 연구는 가족탄력성이 장애아동의 가족관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 가족탄력성의 여러 변인 중에서 어떤 변인이 가 족관계를 가장 잘 설명하는지를 밝히고, 가족탄력성과 장애아동의 가족관계가 아 동의 장애 예후에 의해 어떻게 조절되는지를 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위해 장애아동 특수학교 및 장애인 복지관을 이용하는 발달장애, 지적장애, 뇌병변 장애아동의 가족 214명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 SPSS 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 장애아동의 가족관계에 대한 가족탄력성의 영향력을 분석한 결과, 아동의 장애 특성 및 가족의 인구사회학적 변인, 그리고 가족탄력성의 하위요인이 통제된 상태 에서 가족탄력성의 전체변인이 가족관계에 미치는 영향은 62.0%의 높은 설명력을 보여 가족탄력성은 가족관계에 직접적인 영향을 주는 주효과(Main Effect)가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 가족탄력성의 하위요인 중 가족관계에 가장 높은 영향을 미친 요인으로는 가족강점으로 분석되었고, 이어 가족응집력, 정서반응, 문제해결, 장애 에 대한 태도 순으로 나타났다. 또한 가족탄력성과 가족관계에 대한 장애 예후의 영향을 살펴본 결과, 가족탄력성과 장애 예후의 상호작용 변수가 조절변수 (Moderator)로서 기능함을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애아동의 가족관계 향상을 위한 사회복지 차원의 실천적 함의와 제도적 개입 방안을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of family resilience on the family relationship who have children with disability. And it identifies the most influencing variables of family resilience on family relationship. The verification how family resilience and family relationship are moderated by the variant of "family prognosis toward their children with disability” is another aim of this study. 214 families were surveyed via self-report questionnaire whose children attended rehabilitation center or specialized school. The survey was analyzed by SPSS WIN package. The results showed that the whole variables of family resilience, were statistically significant to family relationship by 62.0%, proving the main effect of family resilience on family relationship, under the control of type of disability, family's socio-demographic status and sub variables of family resilience. The most influencing sub variable was identified as Family Strength, followed by Family Cohesion, Emotional Reaction, Problem Solving and Attitude toward Children. It’s found that the interaction variable of family resilience and family prognosis moderates family resilience and family relationship. Based on the analysis, the study suggests several proposals to improve family relationship from social welfare perspective.
