The purpose of this study was to develop and promote an effective program to guide youth using Food Art Therapy. Program development process consists of stages of goal setting, program design, preliminary research, program implementation and effects evaluation in sequence, by referring to study results such as Program Development and Evaluation Model by Kim Chang-dae and others (2011), and study results (2010; 2011; 2012) by Youn Yun-sung and others. As result of implementation of developed program among late adolescents, significant difference was shown in self-efficacy(t=-2.33, p<.05) and career identity (t=-3.15, p<.01) in comparison with prior to program implementation. Moreover, in analysis of participation evaluation reports by program participants and experience report, it is shown to meet the requirements of 5 core tasks for youth career guidance suggested in this study. I expect this program to be a tool that meets the need of youth, and the need of people who play a lead role in youth career guidance.
