본 연구는 학교사회복지사의 직무특성이 사례관리수행에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것 을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 경기․인천 지역의 초․중․고등학교에 근무하는 학교사회복지사 163명을 대상으로 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 학교사 회복지사의 직무특성 중 과업중요성, 자율성, 기능다양성이 사례관리수행 전체에 정적 (+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사례관리수행의 첫 번째 단계인 인테이크 에서는 기능다양성, 자율성이 사례관리수행에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사례관리수행의 두 번째 단계인 사정에서는 과업중요성, 자율성이 사례관리수행에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사례관리수행의 세 번째 단계인 개입계획 에서는 과업중요성, 과업정체성이 사례관리수행에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 다섯째, 사례관리수행의 네 번째 단계인 개입실행에서는 과업중요성, 기능다양성이 사례관리수행에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 사례관리수행의 마지막 단계인 평가 및 종결에서는 과업중요성, 자율성이 사례관리수행에 정적인 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로, 학교사회복지사의 사례관리수행을 향상시키기 위한 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job characteristics of school social worker on case management performance. For this study, data from 163 school social workers at elementary, middle and high schools of Gyeonggi and Incheon were used. The results were as follows. (1) Among job characteristics of school social worker, task significance, autonomy and skill variety had an positive impact on case management performance. (2) At intake, the first step of case management performance, skill variety and autonomy had positive effect on case management performance. (3) At assessment, the second step of case management performance, task significance and autonomy had positive effect on case management performance. (4) At intervention plan, the third step of case management performance, task significance and task identity had positive effect on case management performance. (5) At intervention execution, the fourth step of case management performance, task significance and skill variety had positive effect on case management performance. (6) At termination and evaluation, the final step of case management performance, task significance and autonomy had positive effect on case management performance. Based on the results, some implications were suggested to improve case management performance of school social worker.
