The purpose of this research is to catch the level of teachers’ perception of work stress, and the method that they deal with stress and then to analyze and compare the difference between these two variables, classifying school and individual cases, respectively. I believe that the teacher’s stress has a negative influence on not only their spiritual and physical health but also the goal achievement of the institution they belong to. In result, stress weakens teaching environment and obstructs the development of education. Stress is the one of our interests we should resolve for the effective education. Recently stress is being highly concerned socially. Above all teacher’s stress has been recognized as an important factor of education and the researches of teachers’ work stress are going on actively. So I researched the students’ and parents’ present expectation level on teachers and the solution of environmental improvement about effective teaching. And I suggest a new practical approach about research direction to come. As far as the result of this research is concerned, of various work stress factors, the factor of treatment and welfare of teachers appeared most, meanwhile the factor of human relationship appeared least. It appeared that the other factors also had much influence on teachers’ work stress. This research will imply the necessity of study about the difference of recognition of stress according to the single-income teacher, the dual-income family, and the other high-income teachers.
