이 연구는 초등학교에서 다양한 교육주체의 참여에 바탕을 둔 실효성 있는 SNS(Social Network Services) 활용 인성교육 프로그램을 설계하여 제시하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구 에서는 다양한 질적 연구방법을 바탕으로 교육 현장에서 실제적으로 활용가능한 프로그램을 개발 하는 설계기반연구를 적용하였다. 우선 체계적인 문헌 연구를 통해 체계적이고 통합적인 교수 전 략을 설계하고 프로그램을 개발하였다. 그리고 이 프로그램의 성공적인 현장적용성을 제고하기 위 해 교육 전문가에게 설문과 면담 통한 자문을 구하였다. 이러한 자문은 인성교육 및 SNS를 활용 한 교육방법의 초등교사 5인을 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 프로그램의 효과성, 효율성, 매력성에 중점 을 두고 의견을 수렴하였다. 이러한 전문가 자문을 통해 수정 보완된 인성교육 프로그램을 현장에 서 연구자가 다양한 교육주체들과 협업하여 수업을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구 수업 결과, 교육에 함 께 협력하고 참여한 학부모, 인성담당교사, 기업체 사회공헌 담당자 등과의 체계적인 질문지를 통 한 면담을 바탕으로 수정 및 보완의 단계를 거쳤다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 최종적으로 다양한 교육 주체의 참여를 통한 SNS 활용 인성교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 후속연구를 통하여 다양한 교육 주체가 참여한 SNS 활용 인성교육 프로그램을 학생 발달수준에 맞게 체계화시켜서 어떤 학년에도 성공적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하는 노력이 필요하다. 또한 어떤 교육주체가 참여하더라도 프로그 램의 효과적인 실행이 가능하게 만드는 적응적 교수전략과 교육환경에 관한 추후 연구의 필요성도 대두된다.
Based on active participation of various educational agents, this study purports to design an actionable and successful personality education program using SNS in elementary school. The research questions to accomplish this goal are as follows. First, what are the instructional strategies for the personality education using SNS through the participation of various education agents in elementary school? Second, how should the personality education program using SNS through the participation of various education agents in elementary school be designed in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, attractiveness? On the basis of design-based research, various methodologies were applied, including literature research, survey, interviews, and class implementation. As a result of the systematic and repetitive modifications, a final version of the personality education program utilizing SNS through the participation of diverse educational agents was developed. It is necessary to continuously conduct research, customizing the personality education program suitable for any grade level in elementary school. In addition, another follow-up study would be fruitful if it develops adaptable instructional strategies fitted on any type of participating educational agents.
