기존의 전공중심의 교육체계와 학사제도의 제약은 학제간 융복합과 창의성 인재를 양성하는데 걸 림돌이 되고 있는데 결과적으로 산업체가 요구하는 인재를 공급도 어려워지게된다. 본 연구에서는 학 습자의 창의성, 문제해결역량, 실무역량함양을 위한 다양한 형태의 산학협력 교과과정 개발과 활성화 를 위하여 국내외 우수사례를 선정하여 교수절차와 지원요소를 도출하였다. 국내외 사례는 서울과학 기술대학교의 전공지식을 종합하고 응용하여 창의적 작품을 설계・제작하는 종합설계 교육프로그램, 건양대학교의 복수전공학위 모듈식 교육 그리고 인간형성, 기술혁신, 산학협력을 기초로 공학설계 교 육을 실천하고 높은 취업률 유지하고 있는 일본 가나자와공업대학의 선정하였다. 사례를 분석한 결과분석 결과, 교과운영 시기는 전 학년 운영되었고 학년의 구분이 없었으며 학년 과 전공의 구분이 없이 팀을 구성하여 프로젝트를 진행하였다. 특히 산학협력 지원 부서에서는 체계 적인 교수절차와 각 단계별 지원요소를 제공하여 교과운영의 체계성과 수월성을 제공하고 있었다. 교 수절차는 8단계로 단계별 지원요소도 함께 도출되었다. 본 연구는 산학협력 활성화를 위한 교수법연 구의 기초자료로 활용 될 것이다.
The purpose of this study explains the academia-industrial cooperation's instructional method(teaching and learning process and support system) the case studies on academia-industrial cooperation education, focusing on the case of overseas and domestic college of engineering(Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Kunyang university, Kanazawa Institute of Technology). The study was to draw the teaching and learning process and support system that register for capstone-design courses → identify and selection problem and team-building → analyze root cause problem → generate potential solution → select and plan the solution→ design the rapid prototype → develop the prototype → feedback the prototype → present and evaluate the solution and support system is composed of an efficient helper, space of task and support tool and guide. This study is expected that by studying the case of oversea and domestic academia-industrial cooperation instructional methods to explain the capstone’s instructional methods
