본 연구는 우리나라의 고령화에 직접적 영향을 미치는 베이비 붐 세대의 노후에 대한 노후준비가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로 서울지 역에 거주하는 베이비붐 세대(1955~1963년생)를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였 다. 수집된 자료 247부를 중심으로 분석은 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, Ttest와 일원변량분석(One way Anova), 상관관계분석, 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 연구의 대상 집단이 현재 직장 생활 75.3%가 근무 상태이고, 학력은 전문대졸 이상이며, 건강상태, 경제상 태 모두 보통이상인 특성을 나타내고 있다. 둘째, 통제변수가 노인의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과 성별(t=2.716, p=.007), 학력 (t=2.630, p=.009), 직업(t=-2.320, p=.021), 건강상태(t=4.120, p=.000), 경제상태 (t=2.587, p=.010)가 유의수준 0.05 하에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노후에 대한 준비 하위요인인 신체적·경제적·사회적 노후준비가 삶 의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과 학력(t=1.974, p=.050), 직 업(t=-2.010, p=.046), 신체적 노후준비(t=2.356, p=.019), 사회적 노후준비 (t=4.911, p=.000)가 유의수준 0.05 하에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
This study, we research about the influence of the baby boom generation’s preparation for old age on satisfaction with life. We survey baby boom generation (born in 1955~1963) who is live in Seoul Province. We conduct analyses, including the frequency analysis, the descriptive statistical analysis, the test, the one way Anova, the correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, based on collected 247 samples by using SPSS v21.0. There are three results from analyses: firstly, currently 75.3 % of a target group is working in career, and their educational attainment is equal to and higher than college graduate. In addition, their health and economic condition are equal to and higher than normal. Secondary, the result of influence of the satisfaction in accordance with control variables(gender, educational attainment, career, and health & economic condition) indicates gender(t=2.716, p=.007), educational attainment(t=2.630, p=.009), career(t=-2.320, p=.021), health condition(t=4.120, p=.000), and economic condition(t=2.587, p=.010) at the .05 significance level. Thirdly, the result of influence of the satisfaction in accordance with preparations for old age (educational attainment, career, health, and social preparations) indicates educational attainment(t=1.974, p=.050), career(t=-2.010, p=.046), health preparation(t=2.356, p=.019), social preparation (t=4.911, p=.000) at the .05 significance level.
