본 연구는 청소년운영위원회를 담당하는 현장 실무자들의 청소년참여 에 대한 인식 경험의 본질과 맥락 등을 살펴봄으로써, 청소년참여에 대 한 가치, 철학 및 지도방법 등을 제시하고, 궁극적으로는 청소년참여기 구의 활성화를 위한 청소년지도자들의 역할을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 청소년운영위원회가 운영되는 생활권의 청소년수련시설, 자연 권 청소년수련시설, 청소년특화시설 청소년지도자 8명을 대상으로 Focus Group Interview를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 총 3개의 연구주제 (theme) 아래 7개의 범주(category)와 22개의 하위 범주(subcategory) 가 도출되었으며, 분석을 통해 나타난 결과를 바탕으로 청소년운영위원 회의 활성화를 위한 실천적․정책적 제언을 제시하였다.
The object of this study is to present that value, philosophy and guidance method as search essence and context of youth participation cognition experience. and Ultimately, It is purpose that search role of youth-leaders for activation of Youth Participation Organizations. For this purpose, 8 Youth Management Commission Leader who had the Youth Management Commission guidance experience in youth training facilities in the community field, youth training facilities in natural areas field, specialized youth training facilities field chosen and had Focus Group Interview. The results of the study were summarized as follows. They were formed of 3 theme and 7 categories and 22 subcategory. Through this, it is to present that practical suggestion and policy suggestion for Youth Management Commission activation
