The aim of this treatise is to study the factors affecting the burn-out of
living rehabilitation teachers who live in the disable living facilities. Research
target area is Kyungbuk area, target people are 254 rehabilitation teachers
who live in the disable living facilities in that area, and results of study are
as followings.
First, the results of the study are as followings; sex, age, marriage,
education, religion, occupation period, and occupation area are statistically
significant, but major, occupation motive, facility type, occupation type, and
yearly income didn't show statistically significant relations with burn-out.
Second, job environment, staff fringe benefit, social cognition, job equitability,
and intention of job change in job environment showed significantly meaningful
correlations with emotional burn out, individual achievement deficiency, client's
impersonalization in burn-out subcategory.
And social cognition showed higher correlation with individual achievement
in comparison with other factors, and job environment factors showed the
correlation with client's impersonalization and emotional burnout.
Third, wage, relation with direct superior, job itself, relation with clients in
job satisfaction category showed significantly meaningful correlations with
emotional burn out. But low satisfaction in job itself showed higher correlations
with emotional burn-out, individual achievement deficiency by comparison with
other factors, relation with direct superior showed higher relation with client's
impersonalization.
