장애인들은 그들의 장애 때문에 비장애인에 비해 직업을 구하는 것뿐만 이 아니라, 그것을 유지하는데도 적지 않은 곤란을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구도 근로장애인의 취업과 직업유지에 대한 필요성을 절감하고, 근 로장애인의 직무만족에 작업환경과 사회적 지지가 미치는 영향력을 연구하 였다. 연구의 결과에서 근로장애인의 취업과 직업유지에 대한 더 세심하고, 심 층적인 연구에 대한 필요성을 재확인하였다. 또한 직업재활시설 근로장애인의 작업환경 중에서 복지제도를 개선하여 심리적 안정감을 증진시키고, 직무에 만족감을 가져다 줄 수 있는 작업환경 의 마련은 당연한 것이다. 근로장애인을 향한 사회적 지지가 미치는 영향력 을 제대로 파악하는 것도 이에 못지않게 매우 중요하다.
Due to physical/psychological limitations and discrimination like social prejudices, people with disabilities go through hardship to find/maintain their jobs compared to people without disabilities. Instead of just focusing on the employment of people with disabilities, the government or local governments are putting their efforts into the legal/institutional support to expand their opportunity to actively participate in society through the promotion of independence and occupation by letting them maintain their jobs fora long time. Realizing the necessity of employment and occupational maintenance of workers with disabilities, this study aims to establish an opportunity to improve job satisfaction of workers with disabilities by researching the influence of work environment and social support on job satisfaction of workers with disabilities. Moreover, on top of establishing work environment to provide job satisfaction and also to enhance mental stability by improving the welfare system among work environment of workers with disabilities of vocational rehabilitation facilities, it provided an opportunity to recognize the necessity to improve job satisfaction of workers with disabilities by making them perceive themselves as 'a being that is worthy of love' after fully understanding the influence of social support on workers with disabilities.
