The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of interpersonal problem solving program for out-of-school
youth on their self-efficacy and anger management. In conjunction with the out-of-school youth agencies, 20
adolescents were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. Each group completed the
self-efficacy and self-anger scale in pre- and post- test. The data analysis of MANCOVA revealed that
out-of-school youth who participated in the program exhibited a significant improvement in their self-efficacy and
anger management skills. Therefore, implications of this study were discussed for further research.
