이 연구의 목적은 공공보건의료기관 간호사를 대상으로 병원규모와 경력단계를 고려하여 교육환경 과 간호실무교육 요구도를 파악하고 우선순위에 따른 교육과정을 개발하기 위함이다. 38개 공공보건 의료기관 간호사 464명을 대상으로 2014년 11월부터 12월까지 조사연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 교육 내용은 간호사의 교육요구도가 대부분 반영되지 않았으며, 교육 후 총괄평가도 이루어지지 않았다. 연구대상자의 과반수 이상이 전통적 강의 형태로 실무교육을 받고 있으나, 사례발표, 시청각자료를 활용한 강의, 시뮬레이션 및 임상실습 등 다양한 교수방법을 희망하였다. 연구대상자는 병원규모와 경력단계에 따라 다양한 교육요구도를 보였으나, 모든 그룹에서 간호사고, 의사소통 기술, 쇼크환자 간호, 상처간호, 안전요구, 심혈관계 질환자 간호. 신경계 질환자 간호, 응급환자 간호, 중환자 간호. 당뇨환자 간호가 높은 교육요구도를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구 결과는 공공보건의료기관 간호사의 교육 환경이 개선되어야 하며, 교육요구도를 반영한 교육프로그램을 다양한 교수방법으로 제공해야 함을 시사한다.
The objective of this study was to explore learning environments and nursing practice educational needs, and to develop curriculum according to the priority considering level of hospital size and career stage among nurses in public medical facilities. A survey study of 464 clinical nurses from 38 public medical facilities was conducted from November to December 2014. Educational topic was mostly selected without reflecting nurses educational needs and educational evaluation was almost not performed. Above half of such as case presentation, lecture using audiovisual materials, simulation and clinical training. Subjects showed that a variety of educational needs according to level of hospital size and career stage. This study reported that a high educational need in the areas of nursing incident, communication skills, shock patient care, wound care, safety care, cardiovascular care, neurological care, emergency care, critical care, and diabetes patients care. The results of the study indicate a need for nurse educators to improve learning environment, and to develop and provide educational programs for public medical facilities' nurses using a variety of teaching methods.
