The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of Self-Determination Learning Model Instruction(SDLMI) intervention on an injector assembly job performance behavior and exception target of a student with mental retardation in vocational training. The effects of model on an injector assembly job performance and exceptation target at special school for students with mental retardation. Multiple baseline design across subjects were utilized as a research design.
The results were as follows:
Firstly, the Self-Determination Learning Model Instruction(SDLMI) intervention resulted in a increase an injector assembly amout of completed production.
Secondly, the Self-Determination Learning Model Instruction(SDLMI) intervention resulted in a decrease per unit injector assembly time(sec).
Thirdly, the Self-Determination Learning Model Instruction(SDLMI) intervention resulted were achieved the expectation target in training task class at factory spot.
