This research aims to evaluate job abilities of vision-impaired students in providing job training, and analyze job career education cases. First, it determined vision-impaired students\' current job ability by evaluating their job ability, second, it sought to evaluate their job ability and develop the objective of their job career education and programs, and third, it put job career programs into action and determined the results. As a result, first, when their job ability was evaluated, most of students in this related class were found to be suited to service jobs; five massagers/acupuncture practitioners, two massagers, one social welfare worker, and one worker at a protective work facility. Second, to ensure stable jobs, all students in the class were found to receive basic rehabilitation education regarding silent letters, walking, and computers, as well as manage their physical conditions and vision. Basic rehabilitation programs, based on these needs, were provided, thereby leading to a gradual improvement in braille type reading and writing, walking, and computer skills. Third, students, through theory education and clinical practice, improved their service job skills, as well as enhanced their abilities to apply occupational skills, concentrate on work, and endure in work. Fourth, through physical flexibility exercise, aerobic exercise, education on medical action and methods regarding vision and chronic diseases, and other basic physical training programs, they improved abilities to take care of health. Fifth, through counseling and functional and emotional behavior education, they established a sound self-identity, and improves interpersonal skills and other social adaptation skills. Sixth, through everyday skill training, they developed abilities to comprehensively cope with various situations. Seventh, through experience in diverse jobs on the field, they had pride in professionalism of service jobs and as a social worker. Eighth, through in-depth training on the incubation of a massage service center and managerial skills, and a wide array of exploration in other jobs, they were able to establish job plans on their own.
