본 연구의 목적은 국내·외에서 이루어지고 있는 인적자원개발전문가 양성 교육과정들을 비교하고 분석하는 것이다. 비교·분석대상으로 국내의 경우 평생교육사 및 직업능력개발훈련교사 양성 교육과정, 한국생산성본부, 포스코, 능률협회 HRD 담당자 양성 교육과정 등을 비교·분석하였고 국외의 경우 EU의 TEACH과정, 영국의 평생교육전문가 과정, 독일의 성인교육교사 양성과정, 덴마크의 DATE 양성과정, 미국의 학습수행전문가 과정 등을 비교·분석하였다. 비교·분석 준거로는 교육과정의 목표, 교육내용 및 교과목 이수체계, 운영기관 및 방법, 자격유무 및 학위 연계 등을 활용하였다. 위의 준거체제에 따라 각 과정들을 비교·분석하여 제시하였고 시사점들을 파악하여 향후 인적자원개발전문가를 위한 표준화된 교육과정을 개발하는데 참고하도록 하였다. 결론적으로 인적자원개발전문가 양성 교육과정이 효과적으로 개발운영되기 위해서는 현장사례 중심 교육을 토대로 적극적인 상호작용이 이루어지도록 과정을 제공한다. 또 전문양성과정과 자격제도 및 학위과정과도 연계하고 글로벌 양성과정이 되도록 한다. 끝으로 수준별 양성 로드맵을 수립하며 필수과목과 선택과목을 제공하여 학습자의 선택권을 높일 필요성이 있다.
The purpose of the study was to analyze and compare worldwide educational curriculums and certificate course for human resource developer. We analyzed and compared lifelong learning coordinator curriculum, vocational trainer curriculum, and courses provided by KPC, POSCO, and KMA. We also investigated TEACH course by European Union, lifelong learning specialist course of UK, adult teacher course of Germany, DATE course of Denmark, and learning and performance specialist of United States. We analyzed those curriculums and courses on the basis of objective, subjects, operation system, degree or certificates course. In conclusion, the potential curriculum for HR developer should be designed to provide real case studies and interaction among participants, as well as to link with certificate course and global academic degree. In addition, it should be guided under the curriculum roadmap and be developed to suggest required or selective courses. Keywords: HRD, Human Resources Developer, HRD Curriculum
